1. Eligibility:

  • The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above except for kids ( 03 to 11 year old ).
  • Participants must have access to the internet and a valid email address to register and submit their entries. For kids, Parents will handle everything.
  • Employees, affiliates, sponsors, and immediate family members of Sizzling Nights are not eligible to participate.

2. Registration:

  • Registration for the competition is done exclusively through our official website.
  • Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
  • By registering for the competition, participants agree to receive communications from Sizzling Nights regarding the event.

3. Submission Guidelines:

  • All entries must adhere to the theme and guidelines specified by Sizzling Nights.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring that their submissions are original and do not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Submissions must be in the format specified by Sizzling Nights, which may include images, videos, or written content.

4. Intellectual Property:

  • By submitting an entry to the competition, participants grant Sizzling Nights a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute their submission for promotional and marketing purposes.
  • Participants retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to their submissions.

5. Judging and Voting:

  • Entries will be judged based on criteria determined by Sizzling Nights, which may include creativity, originality, adherence to the theme, and overall presentation.
  • The judging panel's decisions are final and binding.
  • Some competitions may include a public voting component. In such cases, participants are prohibited from engaging in any form of fraudulent activity to manipulate the voting process.
